It has an intense dark cherry, blueberry and cassis-scented nose that is relatively modern in style, well crafted and detailed. The palate is medium-bodied with sweet ripe tannin, well-judged acidity, sensual in style, more voluminous and richer than Méo-Camuzet's Aux Murgers 2012, but retaining impressive delineation and terroir expression. This is an excellent contribution to the vintage. |
