The 2018 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is quite reduced on the nose, becoming difficult to dislodge. The palate is less reductive than on the nose, well balanced with a spicy entry, a dab of stem ginger and orange zest on the finish. Fine. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting.保税价格¥ 7,615.00 -
Vinous (90-92)
The 2019 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru comes from 1.2 hectares of vines in Les Longuettes. Matured in 35% new oak, it has a perfumed nose of yellow fruit, nectarine and peach skin aromas. The palate is well balanced with a light pineapple and passion fruit opening and well-judged acidity. Very harmonious, with a gentle landing on the finish. Maybe it is missing some tension and nerve, but the flavors are irresistible.保税价格¥ 6,235.00 -
Vinous (92-94)
The 2018 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru is very airy, weightless and lifted. The 35% new oak is not especially evident. The 2018 shows real finesse and aromatic intrigue. Citrus, white flowers, chalk, white orchard fruit, white pepper and mint come together in a very pretty and gracious wine with a long, persistent finish.保税价格¥ 3,850.00 -
Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (94)
Fullish yellow. The complex nose shows the power of the vintage, a few drier tannins behind, fair acidity. I think the Clos character is there, but it is reticent today. The palate does deliver detail and layers of fruit though. The finish does also suggest the necessary class. Really good length here.保税价格¥ 3,175.00 -

The 2020 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has an attractive bouquet with orchard fruit, pressed white flowers and light flinty notes, gaining intensity in the glass. The palate is firm with nice acidity and has good weight (more than most Valmurs) with a persistent, classically-styled finish. Very fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.保税价格¥ 3,790.00 -
James Suckling (95)
Very energetic, concentrated and powerful flavors of lime and peaches. A wealth of mouthwatering acidity. Superb depth, purity and a long, stony mineral core. Holds long. Try from 2020保税价格¥ 5,645.00 -

The 2018 Chablis Moutonne Monopole Grand Cru comprises 12,633 bottles this year (minus the one I am tasting here). It has a delineated, crushed stone and lightly sea-influenced bouquet that gains intensity with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, elegant and poised, and the finest finish among the domaine’s Grand Crus. There is a sense of energy here, and a great aftertaste. Excellent.保税价格¥ 8,160.00 -
Decanter (95)
Moutonne is one of Chablis' finest expressions and the 2019 will be another in a long list of memorable vintages. Although not the final bottling, it is clear that there is great power here, combined with finesse and a lightness on its feet. Savoury, umami, notes on the finish. Wood is a little evident now but will integrate beautifully once in bottle for 6-12 months. A lovely example, both powerful and restrained.保税价格¥ 6,345.00 -

"A lifted nose of ripe citrus with almonds and brioche that is extremely open and inviting. The palate treads the line between richness and refreshment perfectly. Round & generous fruit with a decent slug of dosage is balanced out with a super-fresh finish and spray of mineral at the last. 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay here meaning this Blanc de Blancs really over-delivers at the price point. An excellent house pour. " - Will Trotman, Head of UK Sales保税价格¥ 1,348.00

Vinous - Antonio Galloni (91)
Just as it was from barrel, the 2016 Alcée is rich, sumptuous and hedonistic. Red plum, dried herb, cherry, spice, tobacco and iron give the 2016 notable aromatic and flavor complexity. The interplay of dense fruit and persistent tannins makes for a compelling wine that delivers serious intensity at its level. The 2016 is super-ripe and potent, but has enough brightness and overall energy to make for a very complete wine. This is a strong showing from Alcée, Nicolas Thienpont's Côte de Castillon. Tasted two times.保税价格¥ 73.00 -

Vinous - Antonio Galloni (91)
The 2017 Alcée has turned out beautifully. Espresso, mocha, sweet red cherry, red plum, mint, cedar and spice give the 2017 very pretty aromatic brightness. Pliant and racy. This mid-weight Nicolas Thienpont's Côtes de Castillon has so much to offer. A touch of whole clusters adds nuance and vibrancy to this very pretty and expressive red. I would give it another year in bottle. There is plenty to look forward to, that is for sure. Tasted three times.保税价格¥ 606.73 -

Dark, bright-rimmed magenta. Mineral-accented cherry and black raspberry aromas are underscored by a suave floral nuance that builds as the wine opens up. Juicy and penetrating in the mouth, offering sappy dark berry and bitter cherry flavors with complicating suggestions of baking spices and candied violet.
