Vinous (93)
The 2018 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has a reductive nose but there is some fine fruit here, touches of orange pith, honeysuckle and melted candle wax. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, a hint of wood to be subsumed on the entry, impressive depth with a slightly toasty finish. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting.保税价格¥ 11,710.00 -
Wine Spectator (94)
A ripe style, displaying lime, apricot, peach, baked apple, toast, spice and caramel flavors. Creamy in texture, leaving a tactile sensation on the lengthy finish. Best from 2016 through 2027. 100 cases imported. -BS保税价格¥ 15,820.00 -
Vinous (93+)
Pale, bright yellow. A note of meaty reduction to the aromas of crushed stone, white pepper and smoke. Densely packed, smooth and refined, showing lovely freshness and lift to its intense stone fruit and floral flavors. Finishes very long and suave, with an impression of fine-grained tannins and terrific lift.保税价格¥ 12,285.00 -

A dark, rich wine, the 1985 La Romanée opens with a rich, soy-infused mélange of aromas and flavors to match its demi-glace-like richness. Brown spices, licorice and worn-in leather add further shades of nuance. The 1985 is fully mature and exquisite, especially in the way layer after layer unfolds in the glass. This is a very beautiful, mature Burgundy that has reached its peak.保税价格¥ 101,285.00 -
Wine Advocate (93-95)
This magnificent wine offers a medium-to-dark ruby color and an extraordinary nose of perfume, violets, and a myriad of red fruits. I was blown away by this wine's combination of precision, femininity, focus, and jammy, candied cherries. Traces of sweet, vanilla-infused oak grace this wine's complex and concentrated, yet lace-like flavor profile. Medium-to-full-bodied and silky-textured, this wine also possesses a long, soft, gorgeous finish that leaves the taster yearning for more. Finally, a La Romanee worthy of its name! Bravo! to Henriot, Hervet, and Prost for bringing Bouchard to such a high level of quality.保税价格¥ 19,935.00 -
Vinous (91-94)
Full red-ruby. Explosive aromas of blackberry, violet face powder, mint and spices. Densely packed and tight, with dynamic flavors of dark berries, minerals, violet and licorice. Finishes very long and very fine, sweetened by new oak and lifted by floral perfume.保税价格¥ 16,430.00 -
Vinous (95+)
Very pale yellow. Aromas of mirabelle, apple, spices, menthol and white truffle, lifted by a whiff of lime blossom. Juicy and rich but extremely discreet today, with ripe apple and spice flavors coming across as fully ripe but classically dry. There's an almost exotic marzipan note on the back end but strong acidity is keeping the wine under wraps. This will need at least seven or eight years of cellaring to begin to deliver on its considerable potential.保税价格¥ 23,605.00 -
Vinous (95-97)
The 2020 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru is surprisingly backward on the nose with tightly-wound blackberry, redcurrant and cranberry fruit with sea spray and light pine cone aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy redcurrant and strawberry fruit. This is a solid Bonnes-Mares, correct, not flashy but serious and as such, it deserves several years in bottle. It has the substance and complexity to reward those with patience.保税价格¥ 19,595.00 -
Wine Advocate (95)
Smoky black tea, rose petals, dark berries, and licorice waft seductively (and site-typically) from the glass of Clair 2006 Chambertin Clos De Beze. Seamlessly-rich and refined in tannins, this offers a gorgeous layering of flavors anchored in clean meatiness and suggestions of stoniness and crystalline minerality that carry no sense of austerity. While missing the remarkable dynamic of the Clos St.-Jacques, in its own way this supremely elegant, intriguingly-nuanced, and memorably persistent Pinot is a model for the vintage and of its great site's potential year in, year out. Plan to give it 3-4 years of rest before savoring it for the 6-8 that follow.保税价格¥ 7,120.00 -
Vinous (96)
The 2016 Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze Grand Cru has a generous and pleasing nose with scents of strawberry preserve, crushed stone, rose petals and subtle orange-blossom. This is refined and transparent. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannins. Beautifully balanced, this has a symmetry that is beguiling and classic. A little austere finish suggests it will benefit from several years in bottle. Utterly beguiling with enormous ageing potential. Tasted blind at the 2016 Burgfest tasting.保税价格¥ 18,540.00 -

Vinous (93+)
Medium red. Musky aromas of black raspberry and crushed rock. Concentrated, creamy and fresh, offering serious intensity to its dense raspberry and mineral flavors. Bright acidity contributes to the impression of inner-mouth tension and cut. The tannins are present but quite fine on the long, firm finish, which offers terrific floral lift. This superb wine reminded me of a 1999 in style.保税价格¥ 11,625.00 -

The 2015 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru has an understated, pretty, quite mineral-driven bouquet; light rose petal and iris scents develop in the glass. The palate is very well balanced, offering edgy tannin, crisp red fruit (red cherry and cranberry) and an almost symmetrical, live-wire finish that is pure class. Superb - and the plus sign indicates my view that it will improve in bottle. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.保税价格¥ 14,610.00 -

Vinous (96-98)
The 2020 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru is very intense on the nose, a mixture of red and blueber fruit, just a faint touch of peppermint. Plenty of energy here. The palate is medium-bodied with chiselled tannins, perfectly judged acidity, quite saline in the mouth with a mineral-driven finish that expands wonderfully. There is an abiding sense of completeness here. Outstanding.保税价格¥ 35,930.00 -
Vinous (91-94)
(80% vendange entier, 70% new oak) Good deep red-ruby. Complex smoky aromas of red fruits, tobacco and faded rose. Suave, broad, rich and stylish, with subtle inner-mouth aromatic character. Fine-grained without any impression of weight. Finishes with building tannins and lovely lingering perfume. Tremblay says this wine has opened considerably since the 2010 harvest.保税价格¥ 38,685.00 -

The 2011 Echezeaux du Dessus is totally seamless. Soft, generous and impeccable in its balance the Echezeaux du Dessus is first and foremost a wine of texture. Floral and spice notes emerge over time, but it is the wine's inviting, supple personality that stands out most. I expect the 2011 to develop nicely in bottle, but it is going to be pretty hard to resist young.保税价格¥ 15,080.00 -

(13.6% alcohol; 30 h/h; 9/26 harvest): Healthy full red. Ripe, rich nose offers a spectacular combination of red and darker fruits, minerals, spices, mocha, mint, dried flowers and underbrush, lifted by strong florality. Wonderfully concentrated, sappy, still-youthful wine with outstanding tactile depth and fruit retention to its flavors of cherry, redcurrant and crushed rock. Combines the energy and precision of the '08 with the greater volume of the '09. This compellingly chewy, extract-rich wine, still a bit brooding and short of its peak, expands and builds inexorably on the aftertaste. There's a 3-D texture and a noble soil character here that I find exhilarating.保税价格¥ 48,355.00 -

Good deep, bright red. Urgent aromas of crushed dark fruits and white pepper; brilliantly delineated but extremely unevolved. Then wonderfully juicy and bright in the mouth, with complex mocha and game hints adding interest to the concentrated, sappy berry flavors. Dense, classically dry and thoroughly ripe grand cru that's still a bit closed in on itself. The very long, slow-mounting finish features substantial suave tannins and terrific underlying structure. This should evolve in bottle for at least a couple of decades.保税价格¥ 15,570.00 -
Vinous (95)
Good medium red. Very ripe, soil-driven aromas of black raspberry and smoky minerality. Tactile, vibrant and deep; at once chewy and utterly silky. This compellingly dense grand cru really clings to the palate on the very long, ripely tannic finish. A fabulous combination of energy and flesh: this one hit my G-Spot. One for the cellar. Like the Charmes-Chambertin, this wine is bottled under the Domaine Christophe Roumier label.保税价格¥ 16,055.00 -

Medium red. Subtle perfume of raspberry, underbrush and musky flowers. Silky on entry, then chewy, salty and deep in the middle, with a captivating savory quality and terrific nerve to the tactile red berry and earth flavors. This compellingly juicy, chewy, soil-inflected wine spreads out on the back to saturate the entire palate. Splendid long-term potential here, as the tannins are solid yet noble.保税价格¥ 17,515.00 -
Vinous - Stephen Tanzer (92-94)
Good full red. Sexy aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, gunpowder and smoky soil tones. Silky-rich and classically dry, displaying excellent chewy depth of material in a very pretty package. Finishes very long, with suave, fine-grained tannins and lovely lift. Should be a beauty.保税价格¥ 11,125.00 -

The 2020 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru, which contains around 70% whole bunch, has a vivacious bouquet with vibrant red fruit, briary, plenty of sous-bois with a touch of wild heather. There is palpable energy here. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannins, a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh with a transparent finish. Ethereal.保税价格¥ 52,195.00 -
Vinous (94-96)
The 2021 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru contains around two-thirds whole bunches. The Ruchottes-Chambertin immediately puts the Charmes-Chambertin in its place with more fruit intensity; the limestone terroir percolates through with aplomb. The palate displays exquisite balance and transparency, linear at first and then fanning out towards the finish whilst upholding its mineral line. Hardcore...in a good way.保税价格¥ 41,225.00 -
