Two parcels sitting next to one another on the northern side and up the slope go into this wine. One is the domaine's and the other is purchased. They total a mere 0.13 hectares. Still, the Drouhins only began combining the cuv es about ten years ago. This is a gorgeous Clos de B ze with intense blackberry and black plum fruit, smoky minerality and salted chocolate. Finely toned and muscular – like a ballet dancer, not a rugby player, this has sculpted tannins and lively acidity. The last notes feel like taffeta on the palate. 2025-42保税价格￥ 15,925.00 -

An ever spicier and equally cool combination freely displays of red and blue pinot fruit, tangerine peel, anise, smoked duck and a whisper of exotic tea. The richer bigger-bodied flavors possess excellent mid-palate density while exuding evident minerality on the powerful, mouth coating and hugely long finish. Bright medium red. Knockout soil-driven nose combines red cherry, cocoa powder, brown spices, dried flowers, lavender and minerals. The palate offers compelling high-pitched flavors of red fruits and flowers complemented by strong saline soil tones. Conveys a powerful impression of extract without any fat. Good medium red. Extravagantly complex nose combines raspberry, wild rose, crushed rock, clove, mocha and wild herbs. Wonderfully subtle, spherical and nuanced, communicating an almost 3-D texture to the flavors of red berries, spices, licorice, herbs and flowers. The 2012 Chambertin Clos-de-Beze Grand Cru, which like the Chapelle-Chambertin is domaine-owned, has a more voluminous, multi-faceted bouquet with engaging incense and mineral notes infusing the beautifully defined black fruits. The palate is very well balanced on the entry with more tension and nervosite than the Chambertin, building effortlessly towards a quite regal, sophisticated finish whose mineralite lingers long in the mouth. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and deep, with wonderful concentration and depth, its generous core of ripe fruit underpinned by bright, racy acids. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, multidimensional and utterly complete, with a bottomless core of cool, sappy fruit that entirely conceals its supple but abundant tannins. Lovely dense mid purple, the nose has massive energy but not yet much detail. Then such an explosion of riotous fruit, joyously ripe pinot but still pure pinot. Good medium ruby. High-pitched violet perfume lifts the aroma of ripe black cherry. Wonderfully suave, intense and refined, with a pungently fresh quality that reminded me of cut grass. This highly concentrated wine has perfectly integrated acidity, as well as a stronger limestone character than usual. In a rather masculine style but also seamless and suave. There is almost painful intensity to the beautifully delineated and mineral-driven broad-shouldered flavors that possess a highly refined textured before culminating in an almost crisp, moderately austere and wonderfully persistent finale that is quite firmly structured. Knockout, slightly liqueur-like aromas and flavors of dark raspberry, boysenberry, rose petal, licorice and mint, complicated by musky soil tones. Pure silk on the palate but with its uncanny thickness of texture leavened by energy. This wonderfully tactile, savory wine saturates every square millimeter of the palate and finishes with powerful medicinal reserve and incredible building length. The palate is medium-bodied, the sappy red fruit on the entry laced with marmalade and dried quince, and grippy in the mouth, with a touch of spiciness, although it does not fan out on the finish as I hoped.
