The 2018 Corton-Perrières Grand Cru includes a few stems in the blend this year and was one of two parcels picked on August 29. It has a generous bouquet of blueberry, raspberry and wild strawberry fruit, plus a touch of blood orange in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins that frame a sweet core of red fruit. A little lower in acidity than previous vintages, revealing white pepper and bay leaf toward the finish. The 2018 Richebourg Grand Cru has a much more imposing bouquet compared to the Cros Parantoux, the intense blackberry, bilberry, crushed stone and clove scents gently unfurling in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins and enormous depth, yet gentle in terms of grip. The 2018 Vosne-Romanée Cros Parantoux 1er Cru, which was picked before the Richebourg, has a very intense bouquet of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry plus crushed stone and crushed violet petals that gains vigor with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins and very harmonious, featuring touches of white pepper and crushed stone, wonderful focus and fine structure toward the persistent finish. The palate is (again) very reduced at the moment, good weight and concentration, quite muscular yet missing a bit of grace on the finish. Difficult to figure this out. The 2018 Meursault Les Perrières 1er Cru, matured in around one-third new oak, underwent a slightly later malolactic than other cuvées, not finishing until early summer, though Anne Morey cannot explain why. It has an exquisite bouquet that translates the mineralité of this vineyard with style and panache. Prudent use of new oak allows the terroir to shine through from the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced with an intense opening, quite spicy and peppery, and razor-sharp definition. This Perrières has wonderful length and the aftertaste is extraordinarily long. (Outstanding) A slightly fresher nose also reflects elusive suggestions of the exotic on the aromas that also display hints of citrus confit, white flower and whiffs of dried herbs. There is better vibrancy and detail as well as more obvious minerality on the medium-bodied flavors that are better-balanced, more persistent and markedly more complex. Even with air the nose remains exceptionally restrained and even aggressive swirling barely reveals the highly spiced aromas of white peach, pear, just sliced fennel, jasmine tea and, like the Chevalier, a touch of mintiness along with the barest nuance of wood. There is fine though not massive density to the refined yet powerful and muscular larger-scaled flavors that possess almost painful intensity on the bone-dry, clean and taut finish that is seriously long because just as it seems to be dying away, it suddenly returns. In the category of a nit, there is noticeable warmth even if it's not really enough to impair the overall sense of balance. As one would expect from one of the most storied wines in all of Burgundy, this sports serious upside development potential which I would peg at between 12 and 15 years for the 2018 version of the Ramonet Montrachet.保税价格￥ 28,000.00 -

This is perhaps the most elegant and floral-infused wine in the range with its array of various white flower scents, especially acacia that are nuanced by wisps of ocean breeze, iodine and algae. The restrained and well-detailed flavors possess a sophisticated and refined mouthfeel while the stony and chiseled finish exhibiting excellent persistence on the bone-dry finish. The 2018 Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru is a wine of tremendous aromatic lift, perfume and energy. Bright citrus peel, white flowers, crushed rocks and intensely saline notes inform this bright, tightly wound Chablis. The 2018 is going to need a bit of time in the cellar to fully come together. Once again, the nose is markedly cool and reserved with its prominently floral and citrus-suffused aromas of wet stone, shellfish and pungent iodine wisps. The sleek, sophisticated and focused larger-scaled flavors brim with minerality and a reasonable amount of dry extract while the driving, chiseled and linear finish is strikingly long. It has an attractive bouquet, one that might dupe you into thinking there is some whole-bunch addition – but there is none! It’s just naturally earthy with potent autumn woodland scents.
