The 2014 Chambertin Grand Cru seems to offer more fruit intensity on the nose compared to the 2014 Clos-de-Bèze, with cranberry and fresh strawberry, and a touch of damp woodland in the background. It gains intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied but with great substance and depth than the Clos de Bèze; there is a keen line of acidity cutting through the intense red berry fruit, and wonderful mineralité and tension on the finish. A ripe and fresh but markedly more restrained nose speaks of liqueur-like red cherry aromas that display added breadth in the form of anise, lavender and rose petal. The middle weight flavors possess a caressing mouth feel before terminating in a lacy, detailed and highly complex finale. The 2020 Petit-Figeac has a tightly wound, pencil box-tinged bouquet that suggests there is more than the 10% Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. It's pretty Left Bank in style. The palate is medium-bodied with a graphite entry that dovetails into a fleshier mid-palate. The 30% new oak is neatly integrated with a healthy dash of black pepper on the finish. The 1990 Petrus remains incredibly young, one of the least evolved wines of the vintage (along with Montrose and Beausejour-Duffau). This dense ruby/purple-colored effort is beginning to hint at the massive richness and full-bodied intensity lurking beneath its wall of tannin. The vintage’s sweetness, low acidity, and velvety tannins are present in abundance, and the wine is massive in the mouth as well as incredibly pure and well-delineated. I thought it would be drinkable by now, but it appears another 5-10 years will pass before it begins to reach its plateau of maturity. This wine is capable of lasting at least four more decades. Vinous - Stephen Tanzer (93+)
Deep medium red. Subtly complex aromas of mulberry, red cherry, toffee, caramel, iron and flowers. A bit narrow on entry, then expands in the middle palate without any loss of focus. A very firmly built, vibrant and classy 2004 with a tight mineral core and ineffable spice character. This is by far the most backward 2004 in the Moueix portfolio. Finishes with terrific aromatic persistence and subtlety. This will surely evolve in the direction of toffee and truffle and may ultimately merit an even higher rating.保税价格¥ 57,085.00 -
